환불 정책

결제 후 7일 이내에는 사유를 묻지 않고 전액 환불해 드립니다. 이메일 한 통이면 충분합니다.

방법: 구매 시 사용하신 이메일 주소로 support@boanews.cloud 에 연락해 주세요. 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 처리합니다.

환불금은 결제하신 수단으로 돌려드립니다. 실제 입금까지 걸리는 기간은 카드사나 은행에 따라 다르며 보통 영업일 기준 5~10일입니다.

7일이 지난 뒤에도 서비스에 문제가 있으면 환불해 드립니다. 알림이 오지 않거나 사이트를 오랫동안 이용할 수 없는 경우가 이에 해당하며, 이때는 기간 제한이 없습니다.

환불이 처리되면 이용 권한은 그 시점에 종료됩니다.

자동 갱신이 없으므로 원치 않는 청구가 발생할 여지가 없습니다. 직접 구매하실 때만 요금이 발생합니다.

Refund Policy (English)

Within 7 days of payment you get a full refund, no questions asked. One email is enough.

How: email support@boanews.cloud from, or mentioning, the address you used at purchase. We process refunds within 3 business days.

Money returns via your original payment method. How long it takes to appear is set by your bank, typically 5–10 business days.

After 7 days we still refund if the service fails: notifications do not arrive, or the site is unusable for an extended period. There is no time limit on this case.

When a refund is issued, access ends at that moment.

Because the service never auto-renews, there is no such thing as an unexpected charge here. You are only ever charged when you choose to buy.
